Fellow member of ICAI, Mr. Ved Prakash Bansal is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ved P Bansal & Co. with an experience spanning over more than 20 years in the field of Taxation and Auditing & Assurance. He has successfully performed various assignments of Auditing of PSUs, Banks, Electricity Companies, Construction companies. He has the vast experience of complex taxation matters, Scrutiny assessments, and he has represented before CIT (Appeals), ITAT and CBDT on various critical matters. He has advised various corporate clients and structured several commercial transactions. He is one stop solution for GST matters. Mr. Ved has extensive experience of debt syndications, capital restructuring and Corporate management matters. Mr. Ved Bansal has also been associated with various Charitable Institutions viz., Founder Trustee of Sankal Ek Naye Samaj Ki Samiti under brand name “HappyCampus” (a charitable society working in the field of spreading pre school education in rural areas), Team Leader (Finance) of St. Jude India ChildCare Centres (provides a home away from home for children undergoing cancer treatment.)

Mr Narendra Singh Naruka is fellow member of Institute. He qualified in 1997 and associated with the firm since 2004. Presently he is looking after the audits and Income tax and GST matters. He also looks after the auditing work of Banks including PSU Banks and Large Public Sector Undertakings. Before joining firm, he has served in large size industry and dealt various accounting, financial, banking arrangements and corporate management matters.

Mr Deepak Singh is fellow member of Institute. He qualified in 2006 and associated with the firm since 2010. He has extensive experience of 14 years in Accounting and Taxation Matters.He is regular faculty on accounts and taxation in various academic institutes also. Presently he is looking after the concurrent audits of Banks and electricity companies. Before joining firm, he has served in various industries and dealt various accounting, and internal audit assignments.

Mr JItendra is Associate member of Institute. He qualified in 2013 and associated with the firm since 2014. He is Looking after Statutory, Internal, Income Tax, Management audits of Large and medium size companies, organisations, Banks, Large PSU’s etc. Also dealing with GST consultancy matters, Company law matters. He is regularly appearing before various authorities in Income Tax Office.

She is taking care of Statutory, Internal, Income Tax, Management audits of Large and medium size companies, organisations, Banks, Large PSU’s etc. Also dealing with GST consultancy matters, Company law matters.
